If you are having any problem with one of the products you have purchased work in its proper fashion, please contact us. If it is beyond our ability to answer, we have amazing working relationships with all of our brands. We can connect you with a specialist no matter what you have purchased.
Problems with the order.
Please let us know if there's a problem with your order. We will try to resolve it as soon as possible. Our goal is to offer the best gear, and will help you trouble shoot any difficulties.
What to do if the product is defective.
If you believe you've received a defective product, please call us 213-673-1473 ext. 7. and speak with a member of our retail team. If the product is within the warranty window, we will then have you fill out a Return Authorization form. In most cases we will schedule a pick up, and ship it directly back to the manufacturer.
